A community approach to nutrition & nervous system regulation

Ground Nourish Breathe is an online membership community and group coaching program I co-facilitate with Dr. Cait Van Damm.

Cait is nervous system coach, pain specialist, and pelvic floor therapist, and together we wanted to address a crucial missing link for those with chronic pain and/or chronic illness: wraparound care that’s designed to build real, long-term resilience.

We created this community with you in mind!

Complex clients with chronic illness are our jam.

The Ground Nourish Breathe membership is for you if:

  • You've "tried all the things" and feel like nothing is really sticking. Maybe you feel better for a little bit, but you're looking for something that lasts.

  •  You want to learn to be with your body, not dissociate from it, but don't know where to begin. You need a safe and supportive environment to explore the embodiment process.

  • You're managing chronic symptoms or conditions like endometriosis, interstitial cystitis, fibroids, chronic pain, fibromyalgia/chronic fatigue, MCAS, migraines, TMJ, hormonal dysregulation or reproductive health challenges, or ongoing digestive issues like IBS, bloating, chronic constipation, or other GI conditions.

  • Your case feels complex: you've seen different practitioners with little to no long-term answers or solutions. Symptoms may change often or new symptoms emerge, which feels like a terrible game of whack-a-mole.

  •  You know that stress significantly contributes to your symptoms, but you struggle to manage its effects on your body and nervous system, even if you already know "all the right things" to do.

  • You understand that nutrition and inflammation may play a role in your symptoms and you're looking for a gentle and inclusive approach when it comes to food and nutrition.

  • You feel dependent on manual therapies and body work (e.g. massage, acupuncture, physical therapy, etc.). You really notice a difference if you skip these appointments and are looking to build a bigger toolbox outside of a practitioner's office.

  • You want to figure out how to eat for your specific body and move away from fad diets and influencer trends. You know nutrition is more complex than internet sound bites and are ready for a weight-neutral approach to prioritizing health.

  • Like us, you believe that healing happens in community. Maybe you've felt alone and isolated on this path. You're looking for guidance, support, and connection.

  • Pretty different! For one, you get both nervous system and nutrition support, which isn't possible for Robin or Cait to do alone in their individual practices. We wanted to tap each others' expertise for a holistic, wraparound client care experience! GNB is also a much more accessible investment than 1:1 work.

GNB membership works on foundational principles as opposed to thinking about nitty gritty concerns. In our experience, this is the stuff that often gets missed in 1:1 work, but is absolutely crucial for long-term success.

GNB can stand on its own, or be a beautiful adjunct for those already working with a coach or practitioner.

Lastly, GNB is a community-oriented program! We believe in this model for mutual support and collective healing, because living with chronic illness can feel so incredibly isolating.

  • That's entirely up to you! We offer lots of resources in GNB, all designed to be nervous system-friendly – even if you’re short on time.

There are five monthly live sessions that you have the option to join us for. We consider our live sessions to be the cornerstone of our Ground Nourish Breathe program, and encourage members to come to as many as they like each month – ideally at least one or two.

Additionally, you may want to hang out and use our somatic library and recipe resources, or access our Foundations of Healing Course between live sessions.

Here's the current GNB monthly schedule for live sessions (all times are in Eastern Time Zone, all sessions are recorded):

    • Somatic movement with Cait (30 min) - first Mondays, 8:30-9am

    • Group coaching with Cait & Robin (75 min) - first Thursdays, 7:30-8:45pm

    • Restorative breath + movement with Cait (60 min) - second Saturdays, 4-5pm

    • Nutrition coaching with Robin (60 min) - third Mondays, 7:30-8pm

    • Somatic movement with Cait (30 min) - third Thursdays, 3-3:30pm

  • Ground Nourish Breathe is only open to the public for enrollment a few times per year. Visit the Ground Nourish Breathe website to sign up during our open enrollment period.

If doors to GNB are currently closed, join our waitlist to be the first to know when doors reopen, and to stay in the loop about special offers, like an early bird discount.

You can also find free somatic practices & nutrition content on the Ground Nourish Breathe substack, or follow @ground.nourish.breathe on Instagram for tips.

Note: If you’re already a nutrition client of ours with an active 1:1 monthly membership, you get free access to GNB – if that’s you and we haven’t set you up with a GNB login yet, reach out to support@robinrandisi.com
